Why this is live:

This shift doesn’t come from insight alone.
Live structure slows conversation down enough for effort to become noticeable — and interruptible.

Facilitator

This session is facilitated live to maintain a calm, structured environment — not to teach, analyze, or evaluate participants.

This is NOT:

  • Therapy or group counseling
  • Icebreakers or forced sharing
  • Motivational hype or personality "fixing"

Logistics

  • Length: 60–75 minutes
  • Location: Live on Zoom — Sundays at 7:00 PM Eastern (4:00 PM Pacific)
  • Cost: Free (one-time session)
  • Spots: Limited to keep the group small
  • Camera on or off — your choice
  • Any live practice is strictly opt-in

What happens after you reserve your spot

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link
  • You’ll get a reminder before the session
  • You can join with camera on or off

You won't be asked to speak unless you want to.

After the session

For those who notice something shift and want to make it reliable, there is an optional 4-week small-group practice that continues the same format you experienced here.
